I think they get winnings reinvested into bonds so it shows sooner on their account. Bit of a work round and i am already at max so no good for me

You need to go into Prize History and select some dates.......

The website is actually st isn't it ?! If you get an email advising you of a win you have to log in, go to messages, select something else, input some dates, i think it was about 7 functions to get there !!

ETA - ok, for auto reinvestment 'Transaction' works as well !

Yep I said that after 4 months of nothing so after Nov draw I pulled my 30k out and reinvested it, with an extra 10k, for this draw.

My Mrs has one (1) bond and won £1,000.

I told her the odds of that were equivalent to winning euro millions so insisted on seeing all the paperwork, she does indeed have £1 invested.
