£25 on £20k, still in line with average returns for the year.

Overall I'm pretty happy with PB. I simply wanted somewhere interesting but risk-free to stick some cash, logging in each month to check if I've won a prize makes it fun.

Not in with you big boys but a few thou here.
Never had more than the small prize was £50 now £25 and these arrived as cheques.
Just out of curiosity, how do the bigger payouts arrive and what's the change over value from cheque to getting a knock on the door?

I invested £5K September 2015,so far just won £25.I don't expect much of a return, what I do know is that I have exactly the same chance as the guy that won £1million.

I read an article last week on MSN Money, someone has done the maths and the odds of winning the lottery are considerably higher than winning the premium bonds.

With the recent changes to both the lottery and the premium bond draws, the net result was that you could take your money out of the premium bonds, invest in the highest interest account you can find, then use the interest to bet on the lottery each week. You'll still have your capital, and your odds of winning will be higher.

Food for thought.

Another month, another win! Not had a single dry month yet biggrin

Also, not had any noteworthy wins. Just outstripping other investments is OK by me.

OK, I saw this on Yahoo Finance today and thought it might be of interest. Essentially Martin Lewis explains why the stock market is likely to give much better returns than premium bonds,

Same here frown

Is this the first draw since the prize money pot has been revised?

Website checker for June is live now by the way.
