I am tempted to take out a decent amount of money in order to put into my S&S ISA. I have my emergency savings in Premium Bonds, plus about £15k extra.

I did consider drip feeding ISA through the year but thinking I may just commit and pay the 15k in now, and then the other 5k in the next few months.

I've had good returns with Premium Bonds over the past 12 months. Probably around £3k in winnings.

We are doing something similair.

Putting 20k in ISA for each of us after this draw leave 30k each in for emergencies

Yes but usually the app can show a sneak peak of winnings before official emails etc

It never does.

The emails are just very delayed.

No it didn’t. It released the prizes just after midnight, it tells you which date this will be immediately after the previous draw.

What app are you speaking of? I’m talking about the prize checker app, just to make sure this is the same thing?

Same here. The main NS&I app always seems to be ahead of the prize winner app.

Disappointed with the first result as it's the first time in 12 months to not win anything on that account

Nowt again. 1.04% over 12 months.

I've no ISA spare for 2024. Considering moving it to my 4.75% Marcus. Even after higher rate tax I'd do better there than I have done this last year.
Should have bolted the lot into the Bond they offered last year.
Actually as Mortgage is over 4% now that may be a better option and wont have the savings tax hit.

Cashed out.
Going to use a majority for mortgage and re-buy a small amount. Yes, I lose a month but these numbers haven't brought much fortune. Might as well try something else.
