I am trying the cash some in / buy some more trick this month. Well I say this month I did it in April already so it will be live for June draw.
Cant get any worse as my 123 is still kicking the behind of the NS&I.

Third £25 this year so that's very good. Must be £1m next so better start looking at the classifieds in readiness...

Me nothing
Mrs £25

And that's us done - everything has now been withdrawn to pay the builder.

Nothing for me. Only have a very small holding now so no surprise. £75 on over £30k in the about the last 8 months is poor enough to prompt total withdrawal.

Live on the app today

£24k as I don't think the extra I put in has come in - 1 x £100 and 1x £25

Quite pleased, best win since I've had them!

After an incident involving a rock on the road and 2 tyres, plus a few other car bits that are niggling and need sorting, I'm cashing in all but a small amount of my bonds.

Not had a bean for over 15 years now, and the car work will be more worthwhile. Posted my 'online registration' form off today, will see what the process is to cash in!

Think of it as a lottery, but one where you get your money back if you don't win... It's less painful that way... hehe

Oh, and can I join the "I'm sick of my OH winning more than me" club?

I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have more in than here, or that it was my fecking idea in the first place!

No I g wins, but she usually gets a £25 or two every couple of months...

I have just taken the plunge and got my self £110 worth.

I know it's not a lot but we all have to start somewhere. My plan is to add a couple of hundred pounds every few months. As at the moment saving for a house deposit. So anything left at the end of the month can buy bonds. Or if I use a help to buy and end up with some left over cash.

Then attest I will have a few pounds tucked away if I ever need it.

If you do need it, remember it can take some time to get the money back. I cashed some in several years ago and had to send back about 70 certificates (I had been buying in small amounts for years) they process the numbers and send you a cheque.
