Searching under 'netsuke' may help! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NetsukeProbably the house itself. It was built in about 1806, but the western face is older than that as it was originally a folly.
There's also a stand of beech trees in the garden which really intrigue me. Who planted them and why?
They must pre-date the house by several hundred years, since they were described in Brayley's History of Surrey (published in 1841) as being over 160 feet tall. They must have been fully grown at that point, since they're the same height now:
