I have just cleaned my block paveing, there is still some moss between the blocks, what is the best product or chemical to kill it?
This time I used a floor scrubber it did a brilliant job and no re-sanding but it didn't ripp all of the moss out
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

If the mortar is sound, a power washer will shift it.

Patio Magic - kills the moss (mostly), then power wash or scrape it off.

You can buy moss-killing chemicals for paving.
If you want to shift it from the joints, a pressure-washer with a paving head (karcher make a thing called a "T-Racer", you can often get a cheaper version new with the machines), or you can buy a wire brush on a long handle that's designed to just scrape out the joints.

I want to avoid using the pressure washer, when it comes to block paving it realy isnt worth the damage they do.

Armillatox.(you can buy it on Amazon)
Stinks for a while (wear gloves when handling it) but it is by far the best product to clear moss.

Does anyone make a weed+moss killer in fine powder form for block paving? The problem with liquids is that most of it is wasted on top of the blocks. I'd like a powder to mix with kiln-dried sand and brush into the gaps.

You could buy some ferrous sulphate powder - but it might stain and will be technically illegal (though the best things usually are!). It will still need to get damp/wet to do anything though.
