You should look at a mix that contains perennial ryegrass (hard wearing, fast growth)strong creeping red fescue (stoloniferous growth to fill in between ryegrass plants), chewings fescue (lovely aesthetic quality and drought tolerance) and rough stalked meadowgrass (poa trivialis) for the shade.
