We have a few bits around the house.

I saw this and met the artist Anna-Louise Felstead at a car event when she had a art display and was doing a paining.

I think it was fate, my car was on show next to her stand lol

possibly the most Pistonhead thing on this whole thread; well done; on car and painting!

Anyone know of any Art fairs / markets in the Surrey/S London/Kent area?

Have some bare walls that are crying out to be filled. Just no idea where to go to browse?

There is a general antiques fair at Sandown Park racecourse this coming Sunday (one of only 4 a year). Not art as such, but several sellers do sell art and one regular sells only art (mostly unframed).

Picked this up for my study at the Ideal Home Show yesterday;

Rugby and classic Range Rovers are twin obsessions of mine so, even though it isn't the finest art ever, it'll cheer up a small corner of the study

Probably not everyone's taste, but that's what art is about isn't it? But a new one we recently bought from a local artist for our landing... have a few of his pieces

Not my wall, but I did this recently for a friends garden space - some spray paint and a couple hours / beers later:

I really like this
If I had suitable outside space I'd like some art in this style

Ardingly Antiques Fair April 23/24th. Not sure what sort of art you're looking for but I sell Modern British/Post War. Starting at very reasonable prices up to several thousand so a big range (based in W Sussex).

It looks like you might actually have paper papier-mâchéd a dog.

“Darling, have you seen Max?”

“What, me? No…I am just…er…..making something….”

Looking for some inspiration after redecorating & new staircase install. What would you do with this space ? It’s just over 3m from newel post to the corner. Neither my wife nor I have a particular “eye” for art or interior decoration but we both want to fill this gap with something ! We’re not looking to spend ‘000s on a bespoke art feature so a simple print is fine……or …. What ?

I thought a large rectangular artwork or even a reasonably big triptych might be nice. It needs to add some colour or contrast to the oak and wall colour doesn’t it ?

Thoughts (with links to options if you think something appropriate). Over to the fashionistas of PH !

That’s half the problem LOL. We feel already out of our depth as we never really consider much in terms of art. Also looking for layout thoughts as all we had considered was one big thing. Anyway, here’s a few things that caught our eye on Etsy just as ideas.
