The second part of my tribute to HR Giger. A mirror in a biomechanical style:

All parts locally sourced, including the lightly modified badgers skull, found by a rail track last summer.

I have just ordered the prints below. They are 12 inches by 24. Not sure if I will get them mounted into a single frame or individually yet.

Most (there's not that many) are now in storage and tbh aren't overly special - I've seen some done directly onto faux walls and then well framed and had provenance which made them really cool.

The monkey's below are 100% officially NOT by Banksy - I even have a certificate to prove it wink They are really well done though. The Heavy Weaponry (elephant) was my first original and hopefully will be a keeper. The Girl With Balloon and Grin Reaper are both special to me and although not originals per se they are quite hard to get hold of now.

That HW is lovely, I currently thinking of trading my a few of my signed prints in for a original, don't fancy a swap do you?

Quite a few signed prints needed these days - have you seen the latest original prices? I still regret passing up a few at £25k each, which seemed extortion at the time!

Tell me about it. The originals I've passed up year ago, if only I'd known. I'm currently after either a Turner or a Canaletto. hehe

That's a great collection - unfortunately I know NW rather well so have quite a few of his originals around, so swaps in that direction wouldn't work. Ironically I'm craving a Hirst at the moment (only one) despite me thinking he's over priced and over rated! I'm also trying to recapture the Basquiat I sold a few years ago which I now massively regret. I'm moving next month so will be changing what I display quite a lot - watch this space!

Erm... it's HW for Heavy Weaponry... an interpretation Like GWRB is Girl With Red Balloon... an interpretation

It refers to a particular type of painting that Banksy knocks out. I agree it's all a bit clichéd, rather like people who refer to James Bond films as anagrams like TSWLM or TMWTGG or, dare I say it, people who discuss BMWs in e-numbers - only joshing Banksy fans wink

There are some of mine. I had the pleasure of sharing my life with a woman who had a passion for mixing science and art. The art below was produced from the results of her day research (molecular neuroscience focusing on cancer and Alzheimer's) then printed by her and then made personal with mixed media. some paintings are dual images...The paint has ground glass added to it, so at night you have the pleasure of seeing an entirely different painting.

There are some that are for fun as well, such as this one,

And this is Pasty and Eddie, a sculpture that mixes x and y, genetics and the lottery of cancer. the hour glass contains four colour balls A, T, C and G and a few black balls. It spins and the heads are hollow at the neck end and empty and fill as the hour glass turns. The heads have small lights in the top caps, so at night they glow blue and pale red. I've always been rather fond of this.

Got this Tim Layzell print for Christmas, got it framed and up on the wall today, absolutely love it! Would like another at some point, but that's my second automotive print and I doubt the girlfriend will allow anymore!

Like your style, here's mine I put up last month. You can see it hiding behind the flowers wink think mines #144 but not sure of the top of my head as I'm not at home. Hence the poor photo.

Some of his prints are wonderful, the originals are way too much! I also don't think the other half will allow any more either!

Mine is number 181, it's my favourite of his prints, but plenty others I'd like. No idea how much the originals are, but I'm sure well out of my budget!
