So is mine likely to have increased in value from the £1k I paid?

No plans to sell, as we enjoy looking at it every day - but would be interesting to know nonetheless!
I'm no expert but quite possibly. Also worth checking that your home insurance will cover it if it has. (Mine will only cover pieces up to £2k in value without additional cost)

Loving that Rourke - strangely I found one of his prints yesterday whilst searching for a rare Banksy I'd lost in a tube - totally worried I'd accidentally sent it when selling another print - but found it safely! biggrin

Some of Kerry's work goes for £40K+
But...
The original Tree of Life's and Peacock Splendour's ( see below ) - could be had for about £1000-1200 about 4 years ago. ( depending on size - smaller pieces maybe £750 )
The originals of those now probably change hands from between £3-5K.
I'm lucky enough to have 3 of them. (below )
I enjoy looking at them - and up till now they have been a good investment. No plans in selling though.

A limited edition print ( still in 3D ) is probably £1000-1200 now.
Will need to check in with my local gallery to find out.

Her work sure is fantastic, I am kicking myself as had the opportunity to purchase a fair bit of her work and at the time only bought a 39" x 39" original floral.

Seeing where the values have gone I do wish I had bought more frown

It's not the greatest picture but this has just arrived in the gallery ready for me to collect....

It's a trypitch painting we had commissioned by Kealey Farmer. Decided to call it 'New Beginnings':

My other half is an artist, so the artwork on our walls is constantly changing. www.paulaoakley.co.uk will show some of her work
