Just got around to hanging this wedding present. It is 5ft wide and fits the room really nicely.
Love the owl picture smile

Bought this a few years ago on a whim , Wayne Hemingway was in the same shop buying some cow pics by Caroline someone !
It's called the rent man and the pics don't do it justice , there's a lot of detail in the background , it is the original unless anyone else on here has it ! It's worth the money to me as I still look at it and it makes me smile .

The rectangular specs wearing designer bought 2 cow prints , I used to like them at first and almost bought one , but the more I saw the less I liked them , and I had no connection with them . The rent man appealed as it looks almost north east based , where I'm from . Wife bought me a limited print of " little Davys got chips and gravy " for my birthday for the same reason
But the rent man is still my favourite

Only one place I would hang that, facing the wall.

As well as quite a few prints of artists I admire, including a few original prints of current artists, my main 'habit' is collecting photographic prints. I'm currently sitting and looking at the work of half a dozen or so people, including a couple of chaps from PH!

Recent favourites though, which I'd recommend to anyone interested in collecting photography - which seems to be an appreciating asset - while they are still available are from Tim Rudman (hand printed and toned BW prints from Iceland), Paul Kenny (from his Seaworks collection and book, which I also have) and Julian Calvery (textured, beautiful landscapes from Scotland).

Was on a long weekend in Lynton and came across this. He exhibited in Bristol and I snoozed about buying one a year or so ago, so when I saw this one....well... smile

Both sides of the glass are painted so you get a cool 3-D effect.

This is one I'd been after for a long time, called 'A new beginning' by Paul Horton and went out of print many years ago. No2 of 395 copies and took a lot of searching to find;

Not much of a collection, unfortunately;

Bought these two off my ex-business partners wife about 12 years ago, she claims they were done in front of her but I'm a bit sceptical, I only paid peanuts so not too fussed either way

And recently bought these for my office;
