Will do for you over the weekend!

Radiators are by Revive, the raw metal finish vertical ones - cheapest place to get them is mrcentralheating.co.uk, who are good at delivery/customer service too.

They are utterly beautiful in the metal, and nicely built/sturdy. I had my plumber make the pipework up and run above the skirting boards so as to have a decent amount of it visible, and then I hand polished it until it shone. I just need to find something to replace a few ugly plastic pipe clips, and then all will be good.

These rads work well too, despite beind traditional rads without convectors.

If you already have a hard wired room stat you don't need the extension box at the boiler. Just remove old stat and wire in Tado stat.
Ah yes, sorry. No - I don't want to use the existing room stat because the room's now got a bloody great big wood burner in it!

Cool, so it's turned up. So I turned the power off, looped out the room stat. Went onto the website, punched in the details of my boiler/programmer/stat (all standard gear) and its come back and told me that I cant go any further until I hear back from support.

So it looks like the room stat is going back on for now...

Fairly normal for Tado. They err on the side of caution. Got on my nerves a bit.

Yep had similar but all sorted by a phone call within an hour. It's more to do with connecting to their servers as opposed to in your house problems.

Defo. It's the final piece of my setup I'm waiting for. It's a cracking bit of kit.

Me too, I want it cooler when I wake up in the morning rather than the warm temp I run in the evening

Just grabbed it.

There running into the problem that doing a schedule is inherently complicated to UX - it feels a bit fiddly to me.

I wonder if they should have had "simple" and advanced modes...

I managed to work it out, but wonder if people will struggle, needs a help screen somewhere.

Heres a link from their blog https://www.tado.com/en/blog/multiple-temperatures...

Works well so far for me - I've split the day out into a few sections to set various different temperatures;

That's a nice setup, I might borrow some of that.

As someone who is currently renting TADO for a year waiting for a Nest update, I'm more and more pleased I went with TADO. My friend got the nest and it's really not that great.
