http://www.ledhut.co.uk/wifi-led-rgb-controller-for-strip-lighting-iphone-ipad-android.html

This is the controller, it goes inline between the led tape and the driver.

Cheers for the positive comments!

You need some poles to match that purple decor!

(Sorry but it really does look a bit like a strip club)

That's very unfair. To be honest, it looks like any modern bar that one might frequent. I actually don't do drinking that much but the last time I had reason to enter into a bar (in Crystal Palace this last weekend as it happens) the lighting was almost entirely the same as that shown here. How one comes to a strip club likeness is quite beyond me. Keep on as you were OP!

The bar above appears to be bright and quiet.

Most bars are dark and noisy.

It is by that logic most un-bar like wink

I tried one of those a while back, but could never get it to work with Android... Do you have an iPhone perchance?

Sorry for the slow replies guys, I got the chance of a sun break away, and went for it. Wifi Isn't great here but the mojitos are pretty good!

Ref the strip club, everyone's entitled to their opinion, it's a public forum and just because I like it doesn't mean everyone else Chas to too! I'll also add that the pictures emphases the colours and effect, and when it's seen in real life it does look different. But hey, it's my bar and I like it, which is the whole point of it! I'm pretty sure my mates will not complain too much either..

Ref the controller, I run it from an htc one m8, so ok on android so far..

Anyway, I'm back early next week and the carpets get fitted the following two days, then the soft furnishings etc can start...

I didn't say I didn't like it, I just said it looks a bit like a strip club! I'd be more than happy if it was mine!

Just found this thread, totally outstanding in effort and finish. I bought a repossessed property last year and am slowly going through it (when cash allows) getting it back to somewhere near decent. I'm only at 19 rooms, and that's enough so I don't know how you've managed it!

Count me in for the open day!

Sorry for the delay guys, but works been very busy since I got back from my holidays... But, good news, the carpets have been fitted! It doesn't sound like a great achievement, but to us it's the culmination of a years and a half's work, and something at some points we never thought we would achieve! There's a lot of hoovering to do now (why do carpet fitters never Hoover after they finish?) and then I can get some photos of a lot of tbh boring carpets, but they are pretty important to me!

Know th feeling. Much smaller place, but we're just about to lock up the carpet fitting - everything else has to be finished to we know we're a month or so out.

Now back to the cutting in. Job of the devil
