Think you can get an app that plays that mosquito noise, then hook the phone up to some speakers and hey presto.
Those high frequency annoyers only work if you have substantial age related hearing loss...I certainly wouldnt make it clear that you don't like them there as they'll be back even more frequently.
The land will be owned by someone so you could find out who by doing a Land Registry search and you could report it to them on the basis you are worried they might fall and kill themselves and the owner might be liable. However that might mean all the trees are cut down!
The real solution is to put up with it, they'll get bored and go away in due course.

One of the dads entered the wood yesterday evening with a ladder and rope.
He's erected a rope swing. I can see this turning into their personal play park.
Thinking about hanging some ropes from the trees of my own with nooses.
Cut that swing down tonight under the cover of darkness - take pictures for our amusement. Ideally while drunk. He's erected a rope swing. I can see this turning into their personal play park.

I remember once as a kid going to play in some woods. There was an odd guy hiding up a tree watching. I never went back.
So, in short, get pissed and hide up the tree.
Going to be controversial now but why do you think you can do anything?
If it is not your land and they have the legal right to be there, why should you stop them (or have I missed something)? My neighbours have a trampoline and when the kids are on it they can see right into my garden. I am not sure there is a huge difference between these two situations (although not caught them inappropriately weeing....).
I actively encourage kids to be outside climbing stuff as I am not a fan of hours in front of an xbox etc. My summers were often punctuated by the sounds of my son hitting the floor after falling otu of a tree. He is 15 now and not so into climbing.
Just to be clear, I would find it hugely irritating but just accept it is part of life.
If they cause damage to your property or harass you or your family, then just shoot them.

Nice to see kids out playing instead of being couped up avoiding paedo's and murderers.
The kids Dad sounds like a top chap too.
The OP sounds like a miserable fecker. The kind who used to annoy us when we were kids so we went out of our way to annoy him more.
You can't win this one OP.
