Thanks but I would say most of the credit goes to my wife and the Architects.
The design and now the actual house has been really true to the architects initial sketches and proposal that ourselves and he came up with.
His ideas and some of the small details of lines of site, windows lining up, natural light and flow of the house have all worked out fantastic.

It looks it but it's absolutely fine as we sit that far from it the angle is ok.
I tilt it forward for 3D stuff but there isn't much content anyway.
We don't watch that much TV hence the library being built.
Plus I have another tv room for football etc.

Square footage I dont actually know!! Never measured it from plans but it's pretty big!
