Reading the owner's response is cheating.

C'mon, make a guess...

Pub Walking Distance Time (PWDT) should be mandatory in all estate agent listings.
I've always said what ever house I buy, must be walking/staggering distance to a pub. Not just for the beer, well ok, for the beer. But, if you can't be arsed to cook, or you're out of booze. What about if there is a power cut, cellars keep beer cold, not fridges.
Absolutely.

My closest is 3.5 minutes, and all 4 of my favourite boozers under 10 minutes.

I've beaten you there! A picture taken from the pub patio towards my driveway! smile

Hopefully I'll be even closer to a pub next year if my OH finally finds one she likes. I'll just have to go downstairs! smile

This is mine.

After growing up in a pokey council house in Bradford this is my first house.

6 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 lounges, coach house and a courtyard with a pear tree in it smile

It has been badly neglected in the past and there is so many things that need sorting but we are slowly bringing it back to its former glory as finances allow.

Cheers, it was what sold it to us. The house is total overkill for us as we a are a family of 3, but being stuck on a boat for 7 months of the year I like to be home and have some space.

We're in South Ayrshire, It's a well known building as it used to be the doctors surgery for the town a long time ago.
