Ballpark idea for an external chimney?

I'm also interested in this. I have a bricky that I could use but I'm guessing that to get a properly lined/pumice chimney I would need a specialist rather than a bricky? But all the specialists just seem to talk about lining existing chimneys rather than a complete build solution. Seems inefficient to hire a bricky to build chimney and then subsequently hire specialist to line it.
