that's on the verge of being a pointless purchase even with unlimited funds.

wow, that is seriously grand, and doesn't look too fked up... i am sure it is though, even at that price. What a place. Are you likely to get tank shells landing on you whilst you recline by the pool?

Just down the road from me, interesting place...

Given the size, it might have been nice to make more of the height of the building in some living areas, but I like this.

Not my cup of tea. Looks like a cold, sterile hotel and the gardens look very unfinished. Stupid idea having a swimming pool surrounded by grass too. Next...

Grass is looking good for a Governor declared drought emergency. Or it's fake.

So $7.5m for 14 acres of Malibu or £7.5m for a postage stamp plot in Poole confused

The Malibu place has a "working helipad". How does a helipad not work?

Gorgeous.

Sad that it's only 33 acres....one would have hoped the land extended to a few hundred at least. I guess it's probably been sold off over the years.

....
Nuts innit?!
Malibu can suffer from some local natural disasters, though.
Tremors, fires, landslides, among them....
Poole, less so, but the place is overpriced, certainly.

I know the area. And no tank shells; you are waaaay to far south for that. North West of Salisbury is the MoD training area.
