Drove past this place today, no longer for sale but it peaked my interest enough to google it.
Stunning place and the owners are obviously discerning car people as there was an SL65 (I think) an AMG ML and a Bentley Arnage on the driveway.

Perfect location. Apparently it is protected from erosion due to a quarry below, although I would definitely want a thorough survey done. Apparently it also comes planning permission fora new home too. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
I'm intrigued why a quarry would protect it from erosion. Looks pretty solid granite below, but it's not far down the coast from that place in Torquay which was falling into the sea: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2303412/Wh...

Not actually that local to me, but found on a search for expensive properties within a radius of home. Something the National Trust would be proud of, but I bet even the income from the two farmhouses and 6 cottages wouldn't go anywhere near covering the expenses of running it: a castle in Herefordshire
