Most likely the ability to move the wall between dining room and music room to create a large ballroom. I've always loved this island and spent a lot of my childhood around it - shame about the numerous moorings you have to share the island with - you have to share the access bridge with all the riff raff . Its also been on the market for over a year with no change in price... very optimistic!

edit to note it is now under offer... I'll be interested to see what it actually sells for

Looking at street view it's a converted shop. Explains the ground and basement layout. It's also between £825 and £1.1m. LOL.
