Cool £250k (in auction)

If you don't mind Wales that is.
Don't look at it as Wales.

Instead, consider it emergency accommodation capacity for Newham, Haringey, Enfield and the like.

Paid for and into profit in three months.

Perfect. The scroungers get a wash on their way back from the dole office. Got to be worth bumping the rent up.

Here you go: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/31465015

Covered storage for 9 cars and paring for a further 30. Only 3 bedrooms, but plenty of scope with the annex and two offices....

Have a look at the virtual tour.
Tracking back a little but, but it stuck in my head... does anyone know where you'd be able to buy plans for the type of outbuildings with this property - the 'man cave' and office. It wouldn't be for a UK build.

Why do something that simple when there must be a really really complicated way of going about it.... Just kidding of course - great idea. If anyone else happens to know where such plans can be found also please say too smile

Oh my word. Yes.

Needs some attentuon to some slightly stuff interior decoration in places, but otherwise, pretty much the dream UK home.

This has been on before, probably a year or more ago. Obviously didn't see the first time. There was obvious interest last time because of the cars even a suggestion that it's Clarkson's place but the conclusion was that is isn't.

Must be in the running for the most-posted. Decor toned-down since it first went on.
