How is it possible they have not sold? It looks competitively priced when com[pared to other properties.

Not even a view of the M6

When you overload an electrical circuit, the fuse heats up & the wire melts, breaking the circuit, preventing all kinds of fire related unpleasantness. Since the breaking of the circuit depends on gravity to remove the melted fuse wire from the circuit, what do they use in space craft?

Location, Location. Location

And Fillongly isn't great - nothing there, nothing nice nearby, hasn't got great transport links.

ETA: I just looked on the virtual tour, in the swimming pool room, it still has the external electricity meter cabinet in the wall...

I'm seriously tempted to have a day out and view this place. The layout just seems incredible, reminds me of the maze at Hampton Court.

Dagnamit, I keep doing that. Also, that place by the M6 is an abomination.

that's deep. I am presuming it's a metaphor for why that house isn't sold, but i'm just not bright enough.

Astute observation, Mr JAYB. hehe

Have to say I agree with Steve - a tad schizophrenic for my taste.

The only thing that house needs is a fire.

Burn it. Claim on the insurance. It's the only way to get your money back out of that place.
