Ian Poulter's house. Ground floor master, 17x15? Yank taste is odd...

don't know who that is, but the bedroom in question looks just like a mid-range hotel room

golfer. I'm trying to buy closer to downtown Orlando, realtors keep getting excited about this place (the area, not this one specifically), not sure why, it seems a little like any gated community anywhere tonme, just thought PHers might like to look through the keyhole (tho it doesn't work if you don't know who he is !)

Agreed, the basics are very good but the interior would be a strip out and start again job if that was mine. And to help I would use this lady to do the interior design http://www.simshilditch.com/ I like her style, classic modern that does not look like you are trying to hard to impress plus her interiors look very livable

Very monochrome, I know that's the fashion but at first I thought her web site was in B&W wink

I hear you, I tend to inject colour into rooms using pictures and ornaments etc. I like a soothing calm palette

Lovely, but for £12m I wouldn't want a new build/White Audi estate right outside. Look on google maps the estate has been chopped up and an estate built by the house.

With you on that - interiors utterly devoid of any colour or character seem to be the choice nowadays - her stuff just looks totally washed out, and in my opinion, quite awful.

Each to their own I guess! smile

I must say, other than the padded bedroom, I don't see an issue with any of it. Obviously I'm tasteless!!

I love the fact that it's advertised as having a garden.

Old house perhaps. His new one is a huge very modern design which he's been in for a few years now.

Not sure about this one...nice views but quite small, and odd the pool is right off the lounge. And the telescope in pic 7 is obviously handy to view the local dogging spot just over the road biggrin

This one is sort of upside down but very nice
