amazing character property, could it be that price because it brings with it unbelievably expensive commitments? Interesting that they say it's been shops and restaurants previously, and could be again. Not really pushing the idea if it as a house.

Apart from lots of pictures showing it being used as a house.

Should I win the euromillions this place will quite likely be getting bought. I'm really not convinced it's worth anywhere near the asking price. But what a house!

probably because it was being used as a house at the time the photos were taken.... What I meant is, it's weird to even mention that it could be used as commercial premises if they are selling it as a house.

as with a previous 'euromil winner shopping list' house, that would be your entire win spent in one hit, except maybe in this case it might not even be enough. Although i think it's £140M or something tomorrow, but under normal circumstances it might not even cover the asking price let alone stamp duty etc.

Jackpot is around 150. Realistically can't see it making much over 20m. 25 at most. The market over 20m is mostly slow and quiet outside zone 1..

also in that market segment, wouldn't it be foreign wealth who want something a bit less tasteful?

I love the tiddly bedroom tucked in next to the garage right by the front gate. Is that so Noddy can sleep next to his car laugh

Honestly though it wouldn't do for me; i) having grown up there I would hate to live in London and ii) if I was ever that wealthy I would build an interesting car collection so I hanker for space, garaging, barns and out buildings. Something like Harry Metcalfe's farmhouse would be my ideal! smile

took me a few seconds to work out what you meant there smile thanks!

It still only has a couple of photos of the interior. Weird for such a large house that isn't obviously run-down. Lots of shots of the view!
