I couldn't live with the Glasgow to Oban railway line at the bottom of the garden...

Jack Vettriano's place - Looks ancient, actually cobbled together in the 40s and 50s. That's how to do 'mock'.
I love the original 70's style seats in the cinema room. Not very comfy though.
I love the cannon's!

Yes, it does need work but could be stunning.
I'd love to have the money to buy it, I also wish I had the money to do it up!

ETA: Just been doing some more poking around and found this:

I just love how stupid estate agents think people are, do they really think that when people turn up to view this, quote, "truely unique spectacularly positioned" grade II listed house, they won't notice what makes it spectacularly position is being right on top on the A16, semi detatched and the field opposite has planning permission to be quarried...

Very stupid is the answer i think. They rang me and said, we have the ideal house for you. Told me where it was. So i said, is that the one with HS2 at the end of the garden. Awkward silence follows and then an admission this is so.

What i dont get, aside from assuming im stupid, is why they would waste their own time doing viewings etc, and not reveal something that ultimately is going to get uncovered at some point before a sale. And likely to make it fall through.

Apparently is - flying freehold at the left rear of the house, accessed from the farm next door.

I live 10 minutes from here. That's a lot of money for Lutterworth. Nice town, but M1 noise and twice the price of a cracking 4-5 bedder in the area means it won't sell easily.

Wait cotton pickin' minute...

Does it have a door to it's family bathroom on the second floor? Picture 4 and the floor plan seem to indicate that would be a no.

Dr Who fan said "My toilet has a swing now, swings are cool."

There's one in the garden as well. House for swingers.

there might be a door at the stairs end of the little corridor, seems like a wooden frame is there.

About the only thing appealing about that place is the reasonably large garage.

Now this place is a wee bit schizophrenic, the outside looks interesting but they seemed to have a completly different idea for each rome, no continuity

I'm not convinced you could build that for that money
