About the only thing appealing about that place is the reasonably large garage.

I live 10 minutes from here. That's a lot of money for Lutterworth. Nice town, but M1 noise and twice the price of a cracking 4-5 bedder in the area means it won't sell easily.

I can only agree. Ours was a shock. 1st bill for winter 2.5k! WTF? I told her "It's a lovely house but it will be a bugger to heat" did she listen? Did she f**k. :sigh:
