It's about 25 mins from Londonderry and an hour and 15 mins from Belfast

I can only agree. Ours was a shock. 1st bill for winter 2.5k! WTF? I told her "It's a lovely house but it will be a bugger to heat" did she listen? Did she f**k. :sigh:
