Like that!
It's just wrong. Stone flooring like that in a modern styled house...its just wrong. Doesn't work to my mind.
I don't get it - a near-£1m house in Evesham? Ceilings are a bit low as well. A couple of new-builds clearly part of the same development sold for sub-£400k; OK, they're smaller but the extra space of this one doesn't appear to make it a more decadent property.

That is stunning but looks too big some of the rooms are massive! There's open plan and then there is that. If you had kids they would love it you could ride bikes through it or have a game of footy in the lounge.

Yup, carefully read the description of that particular property..
Current owners are friends of the family.

Totally agree.

In fact, in a multiagency scenario I would make a point of going through the agent with a proper floorplan on their listing.
We've been looking at a place that had no floorplan on the ad. Agent chased us to see if we were interested, we said yes, as soon as you put a floorplan up there. They promised to do it but it never happened. House is now sold it seems. Presumably to someone who didn't have any qualms about the flying freehold on one part of the house and the garden that is behind someone else's house. Which I guess explains why they didn't fancy putting up a floorplan. Wish they could just have been honest about it.

Interior is great. In theory the shared ownership of land etc could work but you'd want your own building for that money. Having said that I'd still have it over the other Evesham proeprty.

Cleverly worded and photographed so it looks like the whole of the place is yours, then I read "30 acres of communal grounds" on the bullet points and the penny dropped....

Still nicer than the newbuild with wonky stone floors masquerading as character though.

I'm sure I've seen that, or one very very similar somewhere close to that part of the world. Lot of money to have all the noise.

Winchester is very expensive. It's refreshing to see nice garaging and parking on a period house like that IMO!

I believe I've posted a similar house in the last year.

That house has occurred several times in the last 12 months or so, I posted it myself. It's near perfect.
