Shouldn't this thread be about amazing properties rather than amazing price tags?

Massive house for such a small frontage
That house would be nice somewhere else.
Wouldn't thank you for it in London.

Scandalously expensive to live in such a sthole!

Belgravia itself may not be. But it's surrounded by London.
Which is a sthole.
It genuinely is. You can defend it to the hilt, but anytime I've been there, the majority of it is a complete dump.

Ps. Proper outside space, garage and extra parking outside (no yellow lines) in a Belgravia Mews house is like finding a chicken with teeth who can speak Norwegian.

Do you particularly know Belgravia or is that just your parochial view of the whole of London by someone who lives in the North West? hehe

Haven't you had this discussion on PH's before? wink

Then allow me to explain that's not in the north west - no wonder you think the whole of London is a st hole, you've probably been to The Mumbles and not realised it! laugh

Well, if it says it in my profile, it must be true...

  • edit* Also - completely headed off topic. Which is why, above, I posted agree to disagree and was leaving it at that.
If you like the look of a place where you can be ran over and butchered, or blown up using public transport on the way to work, then so be it.
I don't.

Really interesting "butterfly winged" house. Happisburgh Manor £790,000 - http://www.jackson-stops.co.uk/cgi-bin/properties/...

Shame it's at Happisburgh, as coastal erosion is very bad there.

Nice gaff. A bit too close to the link road for my liking, that's a busy stretch of road.
