I noticed this on rightmove last week, firstly how do you use the loo comfortably and secondly why would the agent take a photo of it.
Surely that's just the foreshortening effect of using a telephoto lens?
Looks like you have to get your leg over every time you wanted to sit on it!

Maybe, if it was a telephoto lens. The tiles suggest it's very close.

I still remember when this was up for £100m. Reads a tad desperate. Developer in a pickle or some kind of scam I can't quite wrap my head around?

Look at the sky view. The plot (and house) has been ruined by an access road running to the back where 3 or 4 houses were built.

Biggest studio flat I've seen.

Built in the 90's, decorated in the 90's and left untouched since. Even so, £300k goes a long way in Shrewsbury it seems!

It's a bit of a doer-upper.

What, 2 mil to do?

It'd be stunning but you would require testicularlly huge deep pockets.

Nice, convert the staff accommodation and offices into decent garaging and you'd have a nice place.

Leave it as it is and call it shabby chic.

Very nice indeed. I'd want to be further away from the neighbours for £10m though, I thought it was a semi they're that close!

Indeed, I hadn't noticed that but as you say, the two properties are almost touching. Mind you, I guess 42 acres and 1 1/2 miles of river frontage makes up for it to a degree wink
