£46.5M! fk me that is about 10x what I would have guessed that was worth. Hopefully they have manged to close all the stamp duty loopholes as that come is at £5.5M

It's priced speculatively, and has been on the market for over a year - possibly two. At some point someone will buy it. My money would be on a 45-60% discount. Look at Heath Hall and Jersey House.

Tell that to Talacrest, Romans and the like.

Besides, the dealer tended not to put their address on their website, so if they've moved I doubt you'll find any cars at their former premises now it no longer matters.

That has been up for sale since forever, probably because whilst the location is stunning the fixtures and fittings are as cheap as you could get them.
