i have developed a need for that house. i is pretty much bang on for what i would want:

turn the stables into garages and the pool into a koi pond and i'd be happy.

I have been in this house (ground floor only), its finished is top notch, the location is perfect!! Its amazing!!

I've been in a lot of 'nice' houses, this is by far the nicest!!

I like the look of that. Problem is that area of York has lots of student accommodation, so tends to be a bit noisy.

It must just be me but the old parts are nice but the new and most of the interior, meh, not to my liking I'm afraid.

Been browsing this.

Currently configured as several houses and flats, garaging, basements and various workshops. Set in 125 acres.



1.75M.

Thing is, it's only the gate lodge. Also included is the main house.





It has been owned by the council for decades, is shagged, and will be an absolutely epic money pit.
