That seems to be a trend. Quite a lot of the hotels I have stayed in recently also have the bathroom completely on view to the bedroom. The first was Germany (so I wasn't too surprised ) but other countries followed.

Not sure that a former workman's cottage is a million pound property, I'd need to knock the breakfast room into the dining room and the lounge is a bit of a corridor but it backs onto a steam railway so what the heck, I like that!

It's a bit expensive (I would have guessed £800k) but not too overpriced.
