That looks more Georgian to me.
Forgot the link (now added) says Victorian - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
It does. Still looks Georgian though - the proportions, roof pitch, windows, pediment and door canopy are all Georgian cues. Maybe a Victorian builder decided to build something olde-worlde.

Lovely.
I'd have that in a heartbeat, ideal place to get to the yacht.

What about this local disaster?

I can't quite get my head around it.

Something a bit different - though already sold.

The Modern House seem to have got a new photographer and a posh new website

Amazing. Looks like at least two more near by.

Any idea how much it went for?

No idea I am afraid, it just caught my eye and found it interesting!

There seems to be a few more used as houses.

There was also quite an interesting presentation linked in the ad that I have just been watching - https://vimeo.com/97477306

Your example works because the interiors and exteriors are commensurate.

Looks fine to me also, no doubt it offends the PH snobs on here posting from their pebble dashed semis.

As said, that one is fine, the previous one is rather odd.

That is lovely but for 6 mill I would want to be further from the M25 and Gatwick. Oh, and the stables would need coverting to garages.

Horses for courses as proximity to the M25 and Gatwick can be a huge benefit for some purchasers.

Massive plus for me.

So many times on this thread someone will post something gorgeous, but it is just too far away from London (if in UK).

I would love to know how many developers dreams have been left like this, 7500 sq ft on a great looking plot...

A stones throw from me - its a good distance from the M25 (5 minutes but well in the countryside) and not affected by plane noise at all due to actually being too tight of a turn for Gatwick planes to be able to circle over and make it to the airport if you know what I mean.

Always wondered what was behind the high walls and gates. Lovely but didnt think it would be £6m.

Its across the road from my absolute favourite in the area; not for sale but google maps view. I love the little bridge into the (hopefully) man cave or something above the garage biggrin -
