I posted it as i thought most would mock but it is my kind of place to be honest.

Blingy, flash and with no subtlety. Right up my street.

What is wrong with you people? You get your own nightclub, massage shower, a proper staircase for when Krystle goes to her first prom, a "Pretty Woman" Juliet balcony and a plum carpet. All for half a bar. Poofs the lot of youse.

When the former owner gets out of prison and hooks up with some of his ex-employees from the haulage company, he might turn up, annoyed, to check if you've looked under the patio.

The plum carpet might be a deal breaker for me but most of the rest is OK.

That is exactly how I imagine most PHers homes to be, judging by some of the posts on other threads regarding telly size, kitchens etc.

I'm particularly drawn to the thoughtful positioning of the front guttering down-pipes. It's attention to detail like that that really marks out this gem.

Lovely. Not much land for the money though.

A previous house you posted I ended up buying, but at these sorts of prices this one's safe!

hehe I'm quite a way off myself but it'd certainly be on the list to view if I had the means. Relative lack of land is made up for the surrounding countryside - it's lovely over that way.

What's 'amble parking'?

Do you have to park your car then walk round very slowly with a lack of purpose?

I went there before the renovation. It was flats then and I was there collecting some furniture that the new owners were selling.

The garden is small for the house size but the interior was lovely even before all that work had been done.
