Pretty ropey looking blocks of flats right behind it as well.

Looks 500 / 600k at best for me personally.

Though the chap (John Penn) who designed this house was not the guy who designed the one in the film; that was Norman Foster. John Penn was influenced by the Case Study Houses in the US, one of which (the Stahl House) was used in Galaxy Quest.

Thank you for starting my little adventure through Wikipedia, I always wondered about that house in GQ. smile
