That's a guide price though, probably pitched low to attract some interest. Furthermore, as you point out, it is in the middle of nowhere and the nearest somewhere is Hull.

One street down from me http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope... Not really sure how you do anything other than run it as an old folks home. Also not sure why it closed down.
