This was in the Sunday Times last week, it's the gaudiest display of LED's you'll find outside an XF's front bumper, with more gold than Gulzar, with a godawful layout, but the glass-sided garage is too PH to miss. I cannot wait for tonker's comments. Chigwell, £1.6m, says it all...

Very Father Ted.
If it sells close to the asking price, it looks like it'll set a record for property prices on Yell: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detail.htm...
Doesn't bode well for the value once renovated.
Funnily enough, was just yesterday talking to a chap who had recently moved from Yell to North Bucks. He was raving about the place, really regretted moving away. I've been waiting for this house to come on the market since we moved nearby and it did so this week. The price is about double what I expected for the area but I shall buy it anyway when I win the Euromillions tonight.

It was on the market last in May 2005 for £2,900,000 and sold quickly.

It's a little remote...though I like how it makes the location look even more bleak.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Triple coated wiring to contain electro magnetic fields. The cat5 cabling will presumably be pre-frozen for optimal sound and the pool is lightly lined in finest snake oil.
It as also been designed to eliminate all character.
