It would double my commute, to about 21 miles and probably around an hour each way. (Cycling.)

That place was once in my family. My Nan and Grandad owned that many years ago - sold up when they built a bungulow in Beer.

I guess it could use it but I'd have thought 2 day a week would be fine if the owner also took an interest.

I like Edinburgh town houses but hate what they have done to that,
