1st one looks a lot of house for the money. Last one looks a massive money pit but stunning setting
First one is only the front bit, someone else or two lives in the rest.
not sure. if you look on street view it looks as though the agent's been fruity with the photographs, there's a whole line of houses behind those trees.

The lack of any windows on the floor plan at the rear and only one window on the side suggests half or less than half a house. It's address is also 1 Eden Gate.

Big house, small floorplan

Here is another bit (the middle section).

Like collecting Pokemon!

Looks like that just leaves the back bit and the detached "coach house".

The first one is no at £2.5 billion and per the description "Offered for sale stylish house with total area of 460 sq ft"

Think they might have got some of the details wrong ....

I know someone who has a fairly sizeable place in Bellport. I think you get quite a lot more there for your money. It's all relative though - everything there is out of my $ league!

New to the market. Does it coincide with the current football transfer window?

Easy access to Bolton.

Good find.

So in four years the house has had a complete makeover and gone from the Daily Mail price of £6 million down to £4 million.

I believe Tonker is familiar with Bolton and maybe will steer as to what it'll realistically go for.

Personally I really like it but I'm a bling lover.

Looks like a beach hut from the street.

Is actually 1500 plus sq Ft, on two levels, with rear terraces.

Quite like that.

I really like it and can see that it's quite big. But looking at the floor plan and pictures I cannot see how it's £500k.

I quite like it; cleverly done, but not £525k worth of cleverly done.
- AND it's on the Isle of Widget.
