I always get worried about really nice cottages, as I tend to have to walk on hands and knees. Not an issue for you though!

Great views, but the PCH is outside your front door, and it's really effing busy! There are more secluded, private roads, in Malibu.

Take your point re the PCH - found it on Street View! I wonder if someone with that sort of money would feel somewhat vulnerable with so little to disconnect them from the outside world. Plus, can anyone just walk along the beach and loiter under your house? ...

What a hideous eye sore ruining the beach front.
