Hugely over priced.

Not particularly nice.

Poor finishing.

Resale value questionable.

That's right it's Raheem Sterlings house.

I don't like it but for a 19 or 20 year old! And I'd imagine he is moving up the ladder too.

Who would live in a house like this?

Avoid pic 9 as that gives it away.

Easy with the name plastered all over the place, it's Neville Chamberlain.

True, which is disappointing but more than made up by the inclusion of a human. (I have not heard of Nicholas Crane)

What do you guys think of this potential Grand Design? I have been put off a lot by contempory design recently but I like this a lot.

Its massive and you would have a hard time making it feel homely but I would like to give it a try.

Any ideas on the likely build cost?

Make sure you check out the brochure at the bottom of the listing for full details and pics

A lot of artistic licence used there by the agent. It doesn't have river frontage and there's an existing estate built on the land conveniently replaced with green fields in the brochure hehe

The property exudes class, character & opulence from the first moment you arrive.

Am I looking at the same pictures as the person who wrote that?

There seems to be rather a lot of chrome poles in there. I can't imagine what they're for.
