What do you guys think of this potential Grand Design? I have been put off a lot by contempory design recently but I like this a lot.

Its massive and you would have a hard time making it feel homely but I would like to give it a try.

A lot of artistic licence used there by the agent. It doesn't have river frontage and there's an existing estate built on the land conveniently replaced with green fields in the brochure
