You can get a bit more privacy here. But you get a third of the holes and it costs eight times as much!

That is pretty fabulous laugh

If you've got £20m to spend on a house then how likely are you to have time to play with all those toys?

i mean some of it is amazing in a sci-fi movie set kind of way, but it's definitely a style and class vacuum. Some of those rooms are so white I think they would be disorientating to stand in. Some of it looks like a tat-laden wedding venue. It's basically what happens if you get an interior designer to go crazy with a blank cheque.

Count me in as a no. Twee on the outside and like a cross between a Dubai department store and a 70s sci-fi film set on the inside, an utterly joyless place to live.

Not keen on having a giant Audrey Hepburn staring up me 'arris every time I shower, either.

It's not really to my taste, leaving aside the small issue of £20M, but it makes a change to see some half decent agent's photographs.

You see, I'm more of a "glass is 1/2 full" type of person. I'd see it more as being able to knock one out on Audrey Hepburn's face, every morning Lester Burnham style hehegetmecoat

Click the "Floor Plan" tab.

I wonder if those glass doors open and close with a Star Trek whoosh?

What a fantastic setting. Bang in the middle of your own nine-hole golf course

Oh my lord rofl

"
THE GOLF COURSE is a challenging and well landscaped par three nine hole course set around the Farmhouse is a unique feature of the property."

It's a glorified pitch and putt, I have played this "course" years ago and couldn't Believe they required you to go around it with a bag, as all you need is a sand wedge and a putter. I remember aiming for the house when teeing off from the 9th hehe

Saying that, it would be nice to have your own 9-hole golf course as a novelty factor. It's not far off the road though, and I think it would need a huge wall to maintain privacy from the main road - I think it's the road between Frimley and Woking from memory.
Sand wedge and a putter? Really? You're real name is Dustin Johnson is it?

I've played Gole Farm more times than I can remember, starting as a 13 year old and only played my last round a couple of months before the course closed. Christ, I've been there over 35 years. I'm getting old. frown

I taught my daughter how to putt on the practice green there after she finished nursery school on Fridays. smile

The 6th is a decent hit with a 7 iron. A SW wouldn't even make the lake.

I hope someone buys it and reopens the course. Its a great place to keep your short game sharp.

Unless you can hit a SW 170 yards of course. rolleyes

hehe Have you not heard of exaggeration for comedic effect? But seriously, that is not a challenging course by any stretch of the imagination, the reason I mentioned a SW is because I am 99.9999999% sure that when I played that "course" they insisted you walk with a full bag when all it is is a glorified pitch and putt. And then if you read the vendors description, it reinforces the laughable view that it is in any way, shape, or form, a challenging course...

Only 15A, the minor house. I'd want 15 if I were a passing billionaire looking for a rumpy pad for my mistress.
