I'd assume so, as it does say that it was first advertised in 2011 on the advert....I did think the thread was about real estate porn, I didn't realise it needed to be a new to the market house

This is round the corner from my girlfriend's parents house, no idea it was there!

Not sure why you would live there if you had the cash though, the same house 5-10 minutes drive away would be half the price have 10 acres and a coal mine in the back garden.
