I'd assume so, as it does say that it was first advertised in 2011 on the advert....I did think the thread was about real estate porn, I didn't realise it needed to be a new to the market house smile

Still good to see again. Also reminds that every prawn has it's price. Some prawn's are too expensive, even for the quality of fish.

This one (the Seway chap's house with the display room for his car collection) has been on here forever.

You'd think it might cross their mind to cut the price a bit more.

And as I've said it before I'll say it again. This used to belong to the bloke who invented the Segway and who killed himself riding one off the edge of a clifftop path in the garden into the river below.

I know, my Stepfather started Port Hamble and lived on that road. Last time I was there the Council were doing loads of traffic calming measures, a sodding nightmare.
There is much more interesting stuff on the other side of the Hamble like there:

A round garage:

Lots of house but not keen on the decor:

Ever wanted your own fishing lake:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Plenty of room for your helicopter and a few cars here as well. Not quite the best location though:

Nowhere near me, however its very close to my perfect house!!
Needs more mustard and Marmite biggrin
I think the kitchen is tiny! smile

Yep this was my initial thought!! smile
This is round the corner from my girlfriend's parents house, no idea it was there!

Not sure why you would live there if you had the cash though, the same house 5-10 minutes drive away would be half the price have 10 acres and a coal mine in the back garden.

Twee internally, but this has promise.

32 acres, barn would make a nice garage, holiday cottage for chums, nice little lake.

For less than a 3 bed terrace round these parts.
