Expensive, and cleverly photographed to avoid a built up area, but stunning all the same.

Between £12m and £14.5m if you search on rightmove, area Shad Thames and within 3 miles to get properties worth more and see where it is in the listings.

that is superb.

wonder what the maintenance charge is on somewhere like that. not that someone who can afford it would be too worried.

ive walked over tower bridge a number of times and looked up into that flat thinking about how cool it would be to live there.

I was due to do the AV fitout in those! Awful specification from the client though.

Great garaging and not a bad house if they'd toned down the gothic a bit.

Awful website though. If I was selling a million pound house I'd be mortified with that kind of exposure.

What's the reasoning behind "offers in excess of £x"?

What's the price? just state it. It's not an auction.

Utterly awful IMO, looks like something you'd see in a themepark of some sort - and it's in Stonehouse - not a nice place. Agreed on the webiste - woeful!

That is fantastic. I have often looked at that whilst crossing Tower Bridge and wondering what a flat up there would be like. Well worth the squillions required given London's prices and safe haven status. And it would probably pay for itself if you picked up some stock tips from the binoculars he's got pointing at PwC's building smile

Not being 100% on my geography of London, I thought that was in the tower!

I don't think you can get more central than that.

What does one do about the graveyard, which seems to be part of the site?

Live with it.

Then, eventually, get buried in it.

They're perfect neighbours, never cause any trouble.

I think people retain the right to visit graves though.

I'd love to convert an old church like that. Check out the work of the company that have designed the renovation for this one, some of their work looks great:
