Yes, what I call a typical "hotel garden" you buy them second hand following the Chelsea Flower Show. laugh

I would spend my life trying to throw/kick a ball and have it bounce on each of the stepped sections.

I'm surprised that it's up for less than £1m, is it particularly hard to get into London from there??

Its probably not the easiest, train from Colchester is about an hour into Liverpool St but the prospect of my own forest and lake would compensate for any shortcomings. I see it as an early retirement type of place rather than a thrusting up and coming type.

I think the testimonial from the current owners really sells it well and is a very good ploy. I first saw it advertised in Essex Life and it had some of the quote. Had I a spare £900k I'd already be on the phone.

Nice house, but it would be a pain to the station (c.20mins on the way in and a damn sight worse on the way home.

I wont be commuting, I shall be reading Classic and Sportscar in a rubber dingy on my lake. I shall engage mermaids to tend to my every need. Probably.
