its a good thing i'd have to win the lottery to buy any of these places, would cost a fortune to upgrade the internet!! otherwise that is stunning!

It obviously needs serious renovation, but I don't think I'd want to. It's got so much character as it is.
I was walking around Florence over the summer and pondering the decaying beauty of Italian cities. Their appeal is in part due to the fact that they are decaying - but what will they be like in 100-200 years? The decay isn't going to magically stop at a desirable level.
