If I really had to live in London then this would be OK for the odd weekend, the outside spaces being the winners
Its relatively handy for the M1/A41 and I would like to think that a residents permit would be in the bag even if it doesnt have a garage for the F12 TdF
Not near the river which would have been nice however the fetid stench of the Thames is an acquired taste
Im not completely sure of the safety and security of the walk back home from the tube for my teenage daughters but if I could hypothetically afford the asking price then they could hypothetically take taxis home after hours too
But saving the best till last my dog could happily st all over Primrose Hill and/or Oxford Street in lieu of the Peak District on his daily walks
Cheers

I do love that country, a true paradise; and that island is gorgeous!http://www.maavelavaruisland.com/
$137 million is one heck of business loan, though
ADS Property World Link HERE
Listings of many more stunning islands too, and some for much less outlay

Surely it can only be a matter of time before that "Four Seasons Hotel/Dubai" style of soulless interior design starts looking as dated as an avocado bathroom suite with gold taps. Every one of these new build upmarket houses looks exactly the fking same inside.trowelhead said:
Horrific inside - like a Grand Hyatt, absolutely no colour/character, soulless. Ooops, just noticed comments above - suffice to say, I agree wholeheartedly..

Jesus Christ!!
Doubt it even registers on the radar of anyone seriously contemplating the place though, the lifestyle of the mega-rich really is a different world.
House has more than a whiff of 'grew up in a home that had wheels' but I can't help thinking it would be ace to convert that Quadrangle into garaging and man cave...
