Lovely.

But a question that I often think about with a house of this style & size.

Come Sunday afternoon, you're slightly hungover from the ball the evening before, you've stuffed yourself on the Sunday lunch provided by the hired help & you now want to chill out on the sofa, in a cosy little room and watch the latest episode of The Walking Dead on the TV...... where do you do this?
smile guess that's a first world problem. Guess you could still find 'cosiness' in a big room but I would be worrying more about getting WiFi coverage everywhere smile

I have gathered that Tonker seems to be a bit of an expert on this thread, but can anybody explain any of the below? It is code, or gibberish?

The guy from Appliances Online has just sold out to the tune of £200m and is a North West lad. I know, he lives in my village.

He is currently rebuilding the local hall which was destroyed by fire decades ago, looks like he's going to do a nice job of it too (without budget constrictions) so don't think he'll be moving to Bolton!

Worth half a million?

I do like the agent's website though.

Bit of a fail from the agents to have it so the pin on satellite view actually makes it look like its in the caravan park.

Lovely place otherwise. Looks like the situation is priced in?

Pin always goes to the centre of the postcode put in, they have no dodgy control over it. smile

Its down the road and pretty much on its own (albeit that is a gypsy camp up the road abit);

It looks like quite a small gypsy camp and presentable from the street view at least.

Yes I'd worked out where it actually was.

I was thinking that surely you'd fiddle with it to make sure the pin was at least near the place in question...
