This is lovely. It's an old house well done which works for me and the position is fantastic. Its not cheap though - I assume you only get the L half of the building in the first pic and at 4 beds its average size. Truro is nice but not very convenient for anywhere.
I'd be interested to see just how fast it goes for what is a semi-detached after all.
