You may be overestimating the value of your assets - even selling both kidneys wouldn't be enough for a deposit, let alone for a full house.

Used to be Allhallows School. Lovely place, now long since defunct. Randomly, I seem to recall they had an amazing collection of stuffed animals in some corridor.
Blimey, I'm sure that is my mates parents place!!
Been there a few times for his parties, bbq's etc. It is an awesome property!

This is lovely. It's an old house well done which works for me and the position is fantastic. Its not cheap though - I assume you only get the L half of the building in the first pic and at 4 beds its average size. Truro is nice but not very convenient for anywhere.
I'd be interested to see just how fast it goes for what is a semi-detached after all.

It is stretching it although it's had a complete makeover and an extension since it sold 4 years ago.

Ugly buildings near the house are acceptable on a working farm but not there.

Easily sorted with hedging/walling.
