I'd have to re-do the master-suite-bed-bath-bog-combo & it could do with a garage/barn/toyshop to be fully PH compliant, but nicely done, imo.

The location is nice, the house is soulless.

Add some humans, little humans (& some pets) and it'd be less soulless. I like it, though I'd agree about it needing a sizeable man-cave adding. I'd also remove the tennis court, a total waste of space IMHO. Lovely area that, I know it well.
